Q: How do I set and reset my password?
A: If you don't have an account with the Laced Education you will be prompted to create one and receive an email asking you to create a password. If you do already have an account, you will receive instant access to the Laced Library.
To reset your password follow these steps: Profile Icon > Account Settings > Sign in & Security > Change Password

A: We accept standard payment options.
Q: If I cancel my subscription do I still get access to past videos?
A: No, if you cancel your subscription you will no longer have access to past library content.
Q: Can I access the Library from any device?
A: Yes! You can access the Laced Library from any device by downloading the Kajabi app, or by logging into your Laced Education account.

- 30 days from purchase date for monthly subscription.
- 90 days from purchase date for 3-month subscription.
-365 days from purchase date for annual subscription.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
